Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive – Travel Operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in inbound travel or MICE services. The position is based in Gurgaon.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage travel operations, ensuring seamless execution of travel itineraries and events.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of travel and events are well-coordinated and meet high-quality standards.
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall success of projects.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in administrative tasks related to travel operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum graduation in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in travel and tourism, specifically in inbound travel or MICE services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
Male candidate preferred.
Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
